Professional engineer in the states of Florida, South Carolina, North Carolina, Colorado, Texas and Georgia with over 12 years of experience in Civil Engineering, particularly Land Development Projects, Stormwater Design, Water & Sewer Design.

Mr. Bosch is a Value Management Associate with SAVE International and can lead portions of Value Engineering Studies. Mr. Bosch has been involved in drainage design for major roadways such as I-95 Segment 3B-2, Sawgrass Expressway, 836/I-95/I-395 design build, Key Largo drainage and roadway improvements between others. Mr. Bosch has a well of knowledge dealing with Permitting agencies such as Building Departments, SFWMD, DERM Water Control, among others. Mr. Bosch is an active member of the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE).

Azahel Echevarria

Professional Surveyor and Mapper

Azahel has 10 years of experience covering all levels of surveying and mapping, from field to office analysis/processing of 3D data. He specializes in water and wastewater related projects. He has been involved in the WASD Pump Station Improvement Program, providing Topographic and Boundary Surveys for design, SUE reports and As-Builts since 2015. He has in his experience more than 40 pump stations during this period. He is certified to call tickets by Sunshine 811 and certified by FARO company to perform 3d Static Scanners. His extensive experience includes static and mobile LiDAR, remote sensing, HD scanning, Control Surveys, 3D Design/Topographic Surveys, Post-Construction Topographic Surveys, Boundary Surveys, DTM, GPS, Boundary Dispute Resolution, As-Builts, and Bathymetric/Hydrographic Surveys. Azahel has successfully managed project teams, controlling resources, budget, and schedule. He is skilled in drafting 2D plans and 3D models using LiDAR point cloud data.
